About NEET UG 2020

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is the national level entrance exam for who are looking for MBBS & BDS courses in all government and Deemed /private Medical colleges  across the country (Including 15% All India Quota). Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE ) will be conducted the NEET 2020 exam in offline mode in various test centers all over India. The exam will be conducted for a total of  180 questions with multiple choice based questions in 3 hours duration. Each question carries 4 marks for correct response and 1 Mark will be awarded for wrong answers.

Details About NEET 2020 Result

The Results shows the candidate marks in subject and state rank wise. The Examination authority will be declared the result of NEET  as marks obtained by candidate in 3 subjects  in entrance exam. The Exam was conducted in three sections. So After entering the candidate Roll number & date of birth candidate will get the following information in the test. In that result shows the each candidate’s total marks in the entrance test and along with percentile. NEET 2020 Qualifying Percentile

In order to be eligible from admission to MBBS / BDS courses for a particular academic  year, it will be necessary for a candidate to obtain minimum at entrance test. CBSE has declared the percentile in category wise to qualify the entrance test as below.

NEET 2020 Cut-Off

The NEET UG cutoff for counselling under 15%  All India Quota  seats will be declare in the month of June 2020 by conducting authority on their official website. The merit list will be prepared by the Examination authority based on NEET Cutoff and that involves the candidate’s marks range,no.of candidates & category. After releasing the cutoff marks,candidates can check cutoff marks through online and the counselling would be conducted the MCC(Medical Counselling committee) for in the order of merit /waiting list.

Tie breaking while calculating the NEET UG Result

Incase of two or more candidates obtaing equal marks in the NEET 2020 ,the inter se-merit of such candidates will be determined in order of preference as follows.

1.Candidate obtaining higher marks in Biology (Botany & Zoology).

2.Higher marks in Chemistry.

3.Candidate with less no.of attempted wrong answers in all subjects.

4.Candidate older in age to be preferred.
