TSTET 2020 – The Department of School Education, Govt. of Telangana has invites the applications for all eligibility candidates in Telangana state. TSTET is known as Telangana Teacher Eligibility Test and it is a state level eligibility test for recruiting the teachers in Government Primary Schools (class first to fifth) and Higher Primary Schools (Class 5th to 8th). Eligibility Criteria for TSTET 2020

All the candidates are required to fulfill the following eligibility criteria

Nationality :-

  • The candidate must be Indian citizen.
  • Candidates should belong to Telangana.

Age Limit :-

  • Candidate age between 18 to 40 years.

Educational Qualifications :-

  • Applicant should possess Two years Diploma in Elementary Education from recognized university.
  • Candidate must be having a Bachelors Degree from the recognized university.
  • B.Ed degree is required from the recognized board.

Application Fee

Candidates who can apply for TSTET, they need to to pay the application fee through online mode via net banking or debit/credit cards.

  • TSTET Application Fees is Rs.200/- for all the category candidates.

TSTET 2020 Online Application Form

The Authority will provide the Online Application form at their official website as per schedule. So candidate need to fill the TSTET Application form with required information such as candidate name,father name,qualifying examination hall ticket number,course, and other details.But applicant has to pay the examination before submit the application form.

Steps to Fill the Online Application

  • Applicants can visit the official website.
  • Candidates have to fill all the fields that are mandatory (Marked with asterick *) in the TSTET Application form.
  • Candidate Details

  • Qualifying Exam Details
  • Once you fill all the required details, you have to upload the scanned photograph and signature. The photograph and signature upload manually in the format as prescribed in the TSTET notification this year i.e., as mentioned above.
  • After finishing the documents upload, select the test centre. Contenders can select two districts among which one is primary and the other will be secondary. From each district, you can make three preferences and it is allowed.
  • Now agree for the terms and conditions.
  • Click on “Submit” button finally and complete the process of filling application.

TSTET 2020 Exam Pattern

The examination authority has provided examination pattern and some instructions to candidates in earlier. Here is the exam pattern, candidate must the know the details of exam.

  • Mode : Exam will be conducted in online mode (Computer based Test)
  • Papers : There are two papers i.e. Paper-1 is at the primary level (I-V) & Paper-2 is at the Upper Primary Level (VI-VIII).
  • Questions Type : Only Objective type of questions will be asked in the exam.
  • Time Duration : Exam duration will be 2 1/2 Hours.
  • No of Questions : The question paper contains a total of 150 questions
  • Marking Scheme : Each correct answer will be awarded for 1 mark.
  • Negative Marking : There will be no negative marks for wrong answers.

Selection Process

Selection of the candidate will be based on their performance on the following sections. Candidates who get minimum qualifying marks in the selection process are appointed in Government Primary Schools (class first to fifth) and Higher Primary Schools (Class 5th to 8th) as teachers.

  • Candidates should be examined in both divisions and both papers and they must cleared two papers separately.
  • Paper-I will be conducted for the primary teacher (class 1st to 5th) and those candidates who want to teach for 1 to 5 classes can apply.
  • Paper II will be held for candidates who want to become a teacher for 6 to 8 classes.

TSTET 2020 Hall Ticket

TSTET 2020 Hall Tickets available from official website of TSTET Conducting Authority. Exam conducting authority will release the hall tickets in 20 Days before the Examination. TSTET 2020 Answer Key will be available on third week of October 2020 tentatively. Department of School Education, Govt. of Telangana is release the official TSTET Answer Key 2020 with solutions on their official website through online mode. Answer Key will be available in pdf format. Candidates can find out how many marks they get, they can check out the answer key. There will also an objection form for making objection against a preliminary key.

TSTET Results 2020

TSTET Results 2020 will be declared in November 2020 Tentatively. We know that TSTET exam are not yet conducted. But after completion of the exam the answer key is available on it’s official website.
